the water "STAYS COLD" ........and yes the heating is fine

throttling back the water did no good ,the boiler fired up as usual as the tap was turned on ,the water went hot then 30 secs later went cold and stayed cold!!!

thanks for that last bit shall try that was never told about turning the water back i.e. pressure will let you know as soon as I try it

no the boiler fires up and stays on ,but there is still no hot water coming through

the pump runs ,the fan is on ,the pilot lights and fires up ,but no hot water after 30 seconds !!!!!!

tried running the taps when the heating is on ,doesnt make any difference stays the same

I have a SIME SUPER 90 boiler that works fine when heating my home but when we try to get hot water,thats a different matter ,the water goes hot for 30 seconds then goes cold..................any ideas as too why this is happening?
