Regardig my problem with the Barcelona toilet I had bought from B&Q , well I am pleased to say that they have agreed to change it. My argument being that it is clearly made for the european market and is quite a different in design than the ones we are used to in old blighty and that fact was not made clear. So good news , the president has been set so I would suggest to all of you who were fobbed off in the past by B&Q with this problem to tell them to contact their store in Bangor North Wales and learn for such a small cost they can create a happy customer for life.
THE SAME PROBLEM SHOULD BE DEALT WITH IN THE SAME WAY. Go for it.
