Thanks guys, To start with I had an incomplete manual without those instructions explained, so the veto option seems to do the trick with the overide need which is great. Will try the suggestion for the setting of the max temp as well. Thanks to you all - hopefully problem is solved...

Thanks Andy, I have a copy of the instructions but unless I am missing something I can't seem how to sort the overide function if there is one or the max room temp. Will look at these again though - may have missed something!
