I couldn't help but give a cynical laugh when I saw this thread. I had my daughter's bedroom skimmed, allowed three days to dry completely, then as advised by the plasterer applied PVA to the walls - inspite of a long standing family tradition of using watered down emulsion. As soon as it was...
