Hi Chris - thanks for responding. The old boiler was a Glow Worm Flexicom 15HXI, the new boiler is a Glow Worm Energy7 18kW heat-only boiler. If it is a partial blockage, do you think the only recourse is to trace the pipework as the installer has suggested?
