cheers PVM changed the fuse and the units back on, but the pumps not starting so i've called my engineer out

I have a drayton lp711 connected to my boiler. Last night the unit lost all its power. Before I call out an engineer I wondered whether this problem is more likely to be a fuse problem or could the pump have gone. Trying to find information on the net has proved to be frustrating.
