hi,any solution (pressure equalisation valve? etc) to fix problem of pressure in shower dropping when any other (say kitchen) tap is simultaneously in use ?

don't see much of a drop in cold water pressure when another tap is being used or if the neighbour uses cold water from tap..yes,the most annoying issue is drop in shower pressure (hot water) when another tap in the house is used for hot water. appreciate your advice.thanks

is there is relatively inexpensive remedy to ensure that water pressure in the bathroom does not drop when say another tap (kitchen tap) is being used ?

hi, i saw this at a friends place - the towel radiator in their bathroom would get heated when any hot water was used in the bathroom/kitchen ,without central heating being switched on ! is that easy enough to do ? we are planning a new bathroom and would ideally like to get the same done...
