Hi, all of our radiators were replaced and all are using 15mm pipes that come in from the bottom. After the power flush it was treated with Sentinel X100 Inhibitor.

But everyone who comes to repair this say that the water looks clean.

When you say flow, I'm assuming you're referring to outward (in layman speak)? The filter is installed at the return - at least none of the engineers have said it's been installed incorrectly.

So a quick update as to the S53 situation, after following ScottishGasMan's advice, I lowered the d.0 setting to 15kW and wow, what a difference it has made, no more S53 errors, house warms up nicely and I've noticed that the boiler hardly turns on anymore, before it was on for hours struggling...
