It's somehow fixed itself but seems to do this once a month or so...thanks for the advice though I'll try it when it goes wrong in 28 days or so lol

Hi guys, My washing machine is stuck on the rinse programme and it won't do anything but beep...also when I try to put on a wash it just beeps and goes back to flashing on the 'soak programme' icon but doesn't do anything. There's no water stuck in the bottom and I've tried...
