I don't think there are any boiler companies that offer fault finding courses, most concentrate on existing ranges and new ones. Doesn't stop asking these questions if you are on a course though I suppose, sorry I can't be any more help.

I had this problem as well, so I called vaillant to find out how to stop it. Tick the box on the guarentee reg form, it will stop any info being passed on. I do this now every time and haven't had any complaints from customers being bombarded.

As this must still be under Vaillant's 2 year warranty, get them to check this out. Try calling them directly on 0870 6060777, they should be able to help.

As your system already has manifolds with thermo devices it would pay to stick with simple controls that use the 240 VAC to bring on the zones in the heating system. The uniSTOR cylinder is already fitted with the necessary thermostats to fit in with this sort of control.

This may be down to the control (What controls are fitted - ...?)...as the question implies that the boiler IS running but no water is circulating around the heating system. This may also be down to the appliance diverter valve.
