Hi, Just had an offer accepted on a 1930s semi, but have noticed a number of cracks in the plaster ceiling coving in the downstairs dining room and lounge. The cracks are no more than 1mm wide. See pics. No visible cracks in interior walls (although it is wall- papered) nor around...
