These are the 'fixed washer' type things at either end of the pipe.

Good evening All. The copper pipe on our outside tap has burst. At either end of the pipe there is what looks like 'fixed washers'.....can anyone help please ??

Thanks for the quick reply...... I'm guessing it's just a standard sized hose that needs to be cut to length ?? Also, we have said it could be filters, plugs and leads etc as he hasn't had it serviced in over 8 years :-/

Hi all, Newbie here :D my Dad has a Daewoo Lanos that is running really lumpy. Upon inspection we have found that there are 3 rubber pipes that have perished and split. What we are not sure of is the name of these pipes that we need to replace. Any help would be much appreciated. Please...

Thanks Charnwood. As it's a council owned property i'm unsure of the actual model 'number'. The Manual that is with the boiler says it's an Ideal icos, HE12, HE15, HE18 or HE24. Also, it calls the boiler a Conventional and Condensing boiler. Hope this helps you :P

Flameport, we have a Hot Water tank !! Theres a big tank thing in the loft! The Hot water pressure at the taps, i would say is probably a bit 'weaker' than the cold.
