Can i connect 2 pieces of coaxial to one aerial? I understand if you split the cable you half the reception, but is this still the case if i connect directly to the actual aerial mounting?

Also on the setup instructions that came with the sky box. It does say plug in terrestrial aerial. Which is also confusing

Yes sorry. Basically i have a sky dish supplying a sky box and i only have subscribed to sky freestat. There is also a teresstrial feed from the aerial going into the sky box, so when i take this out, i can't view channels 2, 4 and 5. I just thought all freestat channels came through the dish...

I have tried resetting the box without the teresstrial aerial connected to the sky box. And still it doesn't display a picture for channels 2, 4 and 5, it says no signal found. I'm really confused now. :cry:

i checked the isolation valve by taking the pipe off one end and running the water in a saucepan and there seems to be plenty of pressure. I blew down the pipe and i can't see any kinks in it anywhere unless it is kinked in the cavity, but wouldn't this have been the case when i first fitted it...

obviousy i just connected it to the main cold water supply. and a green flexi hose supplies the tap. I bought it as a kit from b and q.

I'm referring to the outdoor tap. Sorry i'm confusing things. It's just a normal outdoor garden tap.

I just tried a different tap which i found in my plumbing box and it is exactly the same :cry:

how would i check this?

It's a gravity system and yes they have always been slow since i moved in.

I recently moved into my house. And in the ensuite to the master bedroom the pressure to the taps is so low its unusable. I have an electric shower which is fine. And the taps to the main bathroom are fine to. I also noticed i fitted an outside tap. For the first 2 weeks this was fine and then...

They just look like single switches. I pressume there spurs from the main fridge and washer sockets. But i don't know what to get. Are they special types of single switches.
