    any idea how to get cement off quarry tiles? we've recently lifted a really badly laid laminate floor at ours & found a beautiful (if slightly neglected) quarry tile floor beneath it. only problem is there also used to be a gas fire in the room, looks like the hearth for this was kept in place...

    yep...exactly that :) and run whatever recording/camera management program you're using as a Windows Service so you can set it to set to auto-start with Windows so this'll start on reboot also. exactly the set-up i have I'm using Blue Iris for recording management - $59 for multi camera...

    yeah, very true about going off spec, altho i'd have liked the option tbh! funny enough i've also gone for my own steel splashbacks. the pre-made ones which looked little more than some tin-foil stretched over a wooden frame just didn't seem like they were much good, so a custom sized sheets...

    yeah having spoken to the dude at length, turns out that's exactly what it is, the manufacturer they use can do a max of 2150. took a bit of probing to get this out of him tho!!

    I’m a big fan of the Foscam IP cameras which come with inbuilt dns server & web app so you can view them via internet straight out of the box Only thing with these is, to get the full benefit of recordings going back a few days/weeks etc you either have to subscribe to their cloud storage...
