Got a quote from them today.. Guess how much they want for a repair? I've decided to rip it out and install a bog standard shower, because those prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Now to find a plumber in the Oxfordshire area!

This sounds costly!! If I’m being honest I’m not even sure I understand the benefit over a normal shower! Tempted to rip it out and just install a bog standard shower system… lol
