I got Harvey S4 twintec water softener installed by builder and it appears to be working ok (as consuming salt) but water sometimes feel hard for a week and next week it feels soft silky.

yes it is builders fault but can't turn back time or rip off whole roof to make it warm deck hence need the right solution which is less damaging
