    An update. It was the hall sensor, they ordered the part and fitted it. It has lasted for two weeks and the same problem has happened again. Exactly the same symptoms as before. Could it be that the second hall sensor has become faulty?

    Thanks, theres 3 on off valves on pipes going to the boiler, which one of the three is the cold water and how long should I turn it off for. I thought I knew which one it was but maybe not. Thanks for your help
