Sorry giving up, The black lever key is under the boiler and we had already tried to pressurise the boiler which didnt work. Have tried quite a few boiler services over the last two days but everyone up to their eyes. Hopefully someone will get back to us tomorrow. Many thanks anyway.

not sure what you mean by fill back up system to 1.25?

Have tried all suggestions thawing condensate pipe, now pressure gauge at zero. Any suggestions.
