hi know this will probably sound dumb to most of you lot, but... i have been losing pressure, this is usually sorted out by turning the blue filling tap underneath the boiler. when i do this water comes out to the left, underneath of the boiler. someone previouley suggested this shouldnt...

hi my boiler cut out today due to low pressure, so following the instructions on the front i turned the filling tap, however when i do this water pours out on underneath of the left side of the boiler, is this normal? however when i did this eventually the pressure returns to the correct level...
