And I’m more focused on the electric cable lagging, and if I can make an assumption of asbestos lagging presence on hot pipes under the kitchen floorboards

I’m not overly concerned about it existing, I spent long enough in the armed forces where there’s more asbestos stickers on things than you can shake a stick at. But I just want an understanding of things during the planning phase of my kitchen revamp

The lagging around the electrical cable, I figured it is hessian/bitumen but unsure. The paper label for the date, not sure if installation date though

How likely is this to contain asbestos? And how likely is there to be more under the floorboards in the kitchen? I’m planning on replacing the floorboards with plywood soon. Thanks!
