Try a wide blade scraper and get behind the tile... If this fails remove the damaged plaster board and replace it with new... Very easy to do just reinstate the new to the old baton fixings and your away. Homebase or any DIY store will supply you with plasterboard. :)

Car body filler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even go there...... Your local decorating suppliers will have a product called, One Time Red Devil. Its a fine filler thats easy to sand down and will fill those imperfections perfectly. If any paper lifts with the water based emulsion then apply an oil...

you needed to remove all existing finish with a chemical stripper and then open the grain in the wood with a wire brush or something of that nature to receive the lime wax. A hard job even for us professionals.
