    Done the upgrade today All went quite smoothly and I’m back there to finish it off So few little issues It’s showing both a keypad and Rio tamper Also, it can see the Rio but there doesn’t seem to be any power out of it to the smoke detectors, is there a certain way to get it going...

    thanks for the replies, due to illness i will be doing it on monday one last quick thing, can i set 1 zone not to use resistors but a basic N/C? it's a flush door contact with zero slack on the cable i will figure out a way to pop resistors in if not thanks

    is it worth upgrading it from it's current firmware? albeit the only issue i can see is they're wanting it putting in on Wednesday, don't like leaving the house without an alarm is it possible to upgrade it after installation? thanks

    i shall be doing it properly don't worry i must admit i'm not sure, i think it's a Dimension 48, as it just says "Galaxy 48" on the end station it's running V6.9, is it easy to update it? i must admit i don't have any cables to connect a PC to the panel
