thanks for the replies, due to illness i will be doing it on monday one last quick thing, can i set 1 zone not to use resistors but a basic N/C? it's a flush door contact with zero slack on the cable i will figure out a way to pop resistors in if not thanks

i wonder if it has a period of internal alarm after entry time out might be worth setting the alarm, and then triggering a different detector and seeing if the bell works
