Bought from an online auction run every month by the auction house behind Bangers & Cash. https://www.mathewsons.co.uk Each month they auction over 800 classic cars & automobilia & it's well worth checking out & getting a feel for just how cheap some amazing cars from our youth are fetching.

What have you been doing today?

Today I have picked up my new toy. A Jaguar XJ8, 4,2ltr V8 with 67000 mls on the clock & a full Jaguar dealer service history, She's 26yr old but basically flawless & as good as the day she was born. Absolute bargain at £2700 . . . because basically nobody wants them & they have not yet etered...

I'm actually a carburettor expert & I can help you with that. With these carbs you don't 'need' ultrasonic', much better to just soak 'em in a bath of carb cleaner. I do a kit of the rubber seals that is a fraction of the OEM parts cost.

    Tesco Clubcard

Chicken is cheap & so is gammon, the price of these is very stable. Lamb was traditionally the highest priced meat per kg but it has now been overtaken by beef. Lamb & beef have rose in price astronomically over the last 2yrs. In the context of your reply to Harry, what exactly are you...

    Tesco Clubcard

Duplicate cards are easy to obtain. If a student can't think that out then there is no hope for them.

What have you had for dinner

It still bleeds. If it was a video I reckon you could even spot a heartbeat. A good vet could get that back on its feet.

Post any old song you can think of.

Slightly interesting fusion of musical styles, plagiarism & mental health issues. I particularly liked 6.00 mins into it when they attempted thrash metal. I likes experimental music but on this one I will pass.

Do you understand exactly what the Middle East problem is? Please explain what you perceive to be the power game.

    Nuclear Weapons

I think it's worth pointing out that to build a nuclear bomb is actually quite easy. You aren't going to put one together in your garden shed but given access to readily available resources it really is quite easy to build something powerfull enough to take out a city. The science is well known...

Trumps attack on Iran - 2026 edition

He heard it from a bloke in Wetherspoons, 'Spoons' is like parliament innit (hic), it's where all the worlds problems can be sorted.

    What have you bought today?

Today I mostly bought a motorhome. A hunormous 6 berth home from home. Traditionally I've always been happy to doss down on something akin to a mat of polythene with a tarp' to cover me, but these bones are old now & I need my comfort, I am far too old to sleep in a field. We will be trialling...

    Crack on external wall

If the crack is just in the area circled then I'm 99% sure it is just thermal movement related & nothing to worry about. For piece of mind don't skimp on your survey. Most folk buy a house with a survey that is little more than a drive by valuation that mainly benefits your mortgage provider...
