Hi fellas, i've got to sound proof a ceiling from aircraft noise. im gonna skim it when its ready but was wondering what the best materials to use ie sound boards or wooden frame and insulation? cheers t ret.

Please can anyone tell me if plastering a wall after damp course has been done would i plaster this in the usual way or do i need do anything different. many thanks. Scott
