the boiler is aback boiler it has a room stat cylinder stat and two channel programmer when heating or hot water are turned off on programmer ie lights are off the pump still runs and seems to overide the boiler stat it continually runs , the room stat or cylinder stat do not make any difference...

it has a three port valve

system will not turn off it ignores all controls could it be the cylinder stat and has it become faulty
