Can I bring the w/c into the soil stack at the same level as the bath connection as long as they are at 90 degrees to each other to prevent cross flow ? Will this meet regs (Scottish) as long as they are 450mm up ?

Hi Is this a normal slate roof ? What type of slate is it please ? It leaks like a sieve. Been told that a lot of it's old as there's horse hair underneath the slates. Looking for a rough cost for a refurb per m2. Slates off, sort any sarking, quality membrane and slates back on...
