    Actually resolved it by keeping it pressed for 5 seconds...but there was about 2 seconds between flashes. What was it trying to tell me if it happens again?

    My Whirlpool ADG 993 dishwasher won't start. Start button just keeps flashing (never done this before). Can't be fuse as start button lighting. Have checked that it is correctly shut. Any more suggestions?
