The value depends on the company and what they charge, we charge the same for wired or wireless. A wireless system can be just as effective ['good' ?] as a wired system. If the system is of high quality and installed well. A wireless sstem can often be much better for some home owners then wired.

Yes they do, they shouldn't but they often give numbers and names of friends companies ect.

Why should they not go for an approved grade 2 class 6 wireless or hybrid alarm system? there is no reason why you should not have wireless as long as its installed by either an S.S.A.I.B. or N.S.I. company. The same with monitoring, they all have their place.
