I better add i pay £150 per day not price on that, nearer £220 for a trowel but i was trying to emphasise that it is a good trade as a grounding for the general work i now do. You have not pi55ed on my fireworks :)

Bricklayer i think is the best trade to get into £150 a day where we are (south coast) i know because i am now a general builder never been short of work we do groundworks, brickwork and roofing perhaps 50% of the total jobs we do

Hi as long as your mortar has gone off enough to not wash down the facework it will be fine. Cement does not need air to "go off" in fact it goes off better under water!

Stay well clear if if does not crack it will fade in time ! Go for Block paving every time
