:D Replaced C17 with a 1000 uF 25V cap. Also got me a new Supressor and Harness. Working like a charm. Cap cost me nothing. I had a whole pack. Supressor and Harness cost me about £35. Still cheaper than a call out and being charged double the price for the parts.

Thanks for the info guys. Might want to check the incoming suppressor/filter also. I found that C17 is bulgin and has puked a bit but I also see the live terminal on the suppressor has got really hot and melted the plastic plug on the harness and the suppressor itself.
