Are you really a plumber? temperature is a part of the heat calculation if the other constants are fixed the heat input to the water will be limited by the max temp it can rise too, so if you set the max temp on the system to say 50 deg c you will not be able to transfer all the energy available...

thanks, yes, i've cured it, there is some jumpers on the circuit board, i altered these one at a time and now it works at 85 deg!! cheers
