Excuse me jumping in on your post, but I have exactly the same problem. I've replaced the diaphragm inside but it leaks just as bad as ever. I think the leak is coming from the bypass pipe that you can see going in at the back of the photo. This pipe goes in above the diaphragm, so the leak just...
