Its a range model codice..... But i may of had a bit of a result :) There was a black button cover... i removed this to reveal a reset button... i reset it... I put hw on and boiler fired up... i turned it off put ch on boiler fired up... so i put hw on whilst heating was on and it didnt shut...

Yes i realise the cost is more hence the reason im looking at gettin it sorted asap. I leave the valve open when ch is on to get hw that way too. Thanks again

Thanks much appreciated. When the hw only the boiler doesnt fire light is on the programmer tho bit boiler doesnt respond. When ch only its fine all rads work... if i press hw when ch is on the boiler shuts down and goes into idle mode ...no error codes. The hw works fine when i use the...

Good evening... I have a problem with my system and wonder if you could help ? I have a system boiler installed relitvy new boiler showing no error codes. When i click hot water on postion on the electronic pad underneath the boiler doesnt fire up to turn the hot water on. it stays idle...
