Sorry for the ignorance - how do i disconnect the fill loop?

My Baxi 105e is constantly overflowing. I drain the system through the last radiator and put a little bit of pressure back in (0.4 bar) and within 30 minutes the pressure has risen to 3 bar and is overflowing. Is there something glaringly obvious that I am doing wrong? or do I need to get a pro...
