i took the belt out an checked no wear on it looked new. it only does it when its damp weather.

hey im totally stuck on this my fiesta 1998 diesel always makes noises but its now squeaking very loudly when it rains or is damp ive recently changed the alternator and checked my belts its not them. it seems to ease when i put my cluch down!! please can any one help??? :?
