Thanks Tony, It does have a screw and two clips underneath to remove the case. If i cant remove all the wallboard, i just want to trim some from around the edges without going to the expense of having the whole boiler removed. sierra.

Yes the boiler was fitted on top of the wallboard. All the other wallboards in the kitchen have been removed but its left jaggy edges around the boiler which looks unsightly and it could do with some if not all of it removing to neaten it up. sierra.

Hi, I need to remove the front case on my Vaillant ecoMAX boiler to remove a piece of wallboard behind it. Would it just be a matter of removing the case then refitting it after, or would it involve having to readjust settings or pipework etc ?. Thanks, sierra.
