Thanks guys Ive sorted it now. It was the control box and after further examination i found one of the electrodes had a crack in the ceramic. Cheers again for all your help.

no its not carboned up. Its pretty cleaned thats why a cannot fig out why she aint sparking.

checked electrodes for cracks they were good, also checked leads they were fine. I even double checked the position of the electrodes in relation to the nozzle and guess what eh ok. any other suggestions guys.

can someone confirm to me if the electrodes are not sparking on the burner this indicates that the control box is not working? would appreciate a response. cheers
