Not since it was installed. I think it's about 2 years old, it was there when we moved in and the previous owners had it fitted not too long before they moved out.

We woke up this morning and there's no central heating and no hot water. I've looked through this manual here and followed the lighting procedure of turning the dials into the relevant places, but nothing. The thing still makes all the right noises, which i'm assuming is the fan or whatever...
