Yes, the water is running off the edge of the roof and down the wall. There is no guttering along that wall, only at the garage entrance.

Not really an option for me, the garage is part of a terrace and the wall is shared with the neighbour, not to mention cost. The amount of water coming in is relatively small so there should be a few solutions for preventing it.

I have a concrete sectional garage that was built in the 70s. Looks like some work has been done on it over time as the roof has been replaced and it has been painted and the horizontal gaps between the panels have been filled in with some type of caulking/filler. Looks like water keeps...
