I think the pump works OK when it decides to - there is plenty of flow when I restart the spin ... it's just getting the pump to run in the first place. Either it is not working (but I think it is), or the message isn't getting through to the pump.

Hi Niel, Thanks for the reply. The pump turns and does drain, but usually only after a 'prompt' e.g. when I blow down the waste pipe (machine switched off!), or sometimes when the spin cycle only is subsequently selected.

Wash cycle seems to work normally, but the final does not drain water and so the spin is reduced and ineffectual. Spin works with half load or after I have blown down the waste pipe til I hear bubbles in the machine. I extracted £6.05 from the filter last week. Do I need a new pump, or is...
