Thank you. What I had was controlled from hive but often this wouldn’t turn on/off when required. So bought a timer to be installed into the Worcester to manually turn on/off but the mt10 timer doesn’t seem to turn on and don’t understand why?

I have recently moved into a new property where there was hive already installed. I’ve had a MT10 timer installed on my Worcester boiler but canno switch it on manually without using hive. Ideally I’d like to have the option of using both whenever. Can anyone help on using the timer without...
