Hi all
I have had to replace a MT4-230-NC actuator already a couple of years ago and now need to replace it again as the mounting plastic has cracked.
My question is can I replace the actuator with any MT4 actuator or does it need to be a Honeywell the same as the others?

Hi, i have a fairly old flat GRP flat roof of about 46m2 that is looking a bit aged with a few tiny hazing cracks and topcoat missing bits (approx 5mm2) not many and on the whole the roof looks in an ok condition.

Does anybody know of anywhere that sells plastic verge coping? The stuff im after would be the same as what is used as verge coping on box profile or corrugated sheets. A white right angle plastic about 150 or 175mm

I'm pretty sure copper sulphate mixed and sprayed on to the roof will kill all the moss pretty quickly, hence one of the reason people use copper rivets and put copper on roofs

If the slates come above the height of the cement strip then would it be a good idea to slate right over the cement and put some sort of flashing under the new slates and create a "false soffit"
