Hi all I have had to replace a MT4-230-NC actuator already a couple of years ago and now need to replace it again as the mounting plastic has cracked. My question is can I replace the actuator with any MT4 actuator or does it need to be a Honeywell the same as the others? Thanks

Hi I'm pretty sure copper sulphate mixed and sprayed on to the roof will kill all the moss pretty quickly, hence one of the reason people use copper rivets and put copper on roofs

Thinking of it..... If the slates come above the height of the cement strip then would it be a good idea to slate right over the cement and put some sort of flashing under the new slates and create a "false soffit" Cheers
