There is a flicker of blue flame intermittently when pressing the reset button.

Hi, 4 year old boiler is refusing to fire up. 2 Flashing LED's for Fault and Burner which guide suggests as 'Fan Fault' It makes the clicking noises when called for heat but the fan never starts. Any advice gratefully received.
