Yes I have put the link across sab tamper and 0v and it triggers the alarm , no there are no remote keypads

Hi Guys I've had the above system installed for a good few years , the panel has now gone into tamper fault. The tamper circuit itself is still good , I have shorted the tamper circuit out on the pcb and the fault still remains , so I suspect faulty pcb. That being the case can anyone advise me...
