I nipped the nut just below the ISO, maybe 1/8th a turn and the leak stopped, boiler is running fine now with no leaks. Still getting someone out as it could be the seal as mentioned.

By ISO's do you mean isolation valves? would those be the big red ones on either side of the filter? If I can't stop the leak, would turning the ISO's stop the leak until the tech arrives? The boiler is off and it's reporting 0 pressure.
