I can't believe I managed to attach the small pug to the NTC (thermostat) round the wrong way. All working now, new heater and NTC operating fine. Glad it was not the PCB. Thanks for the advice !

Can't figure this out, I've replaced the Heating element and the NTC the cycle goes through just fine, but still no heat. Anyone had this happen ?
