Thankyou for posting this, I can relate to the cracks. Your photos are like looking at my house. I’ve also got a damp issue so whilst I cannot offer any help. Just wanted to say I share your concerns and you are not alone!

I wonder if someone can help me? My 1970 property was fitted with cavity insulation which it shouldn’t have. I was getting large damp areas so had it removed last year. Recently I’ve noticed I’m getting random damp patches in my property. Above 1st floor skirting boards, random “blobs” below...
