Thanks Woody. I’ve already instructed another builder to come and look at the work. I’ve also told his 2 lads I’m seeking advice from CAB & Trading standards. His lads have told me not to tell him this till he’s completed the work and they’ve even told me not to pay another penny until I’m 100%...

Hi there, I need to seal a leak in the top of my shower waste trap. I think the washer has gone or the trap has been installed wonky (many moons ago by a numpty). The far side of the trap is impossible to reach by touch. The trap is completely wedged in every side by wood or joists so unable to...
