    Thanks for the replies and advice. He's going to come and pullout the exchanger and see how badly it's blocked. Time to get some calgon or cillit bang and give it a soak then. Thanks again.

    LOL, no worries DP. It just seems that the 105 when something goes wrong doesn't always come out as what the manual or the Baxi tech helpline says it is. It's always followed a yearly service schedule as per the manual(pages 26 & 27). There's no problem with the actual water flow as the taps...
