Tried Leyland Trade Acrylic Primer Undercoat. Had to thin it down with water because otherwise it just dries instantly and creates ridges. Filled areas still raises once I apply "mist coat" with this primer.

Any thoughts if I try Leyland Acrylic primer undercoat?
